Benco Ventures is ultimately a family enterprise located in the Comox Valley, which offers decades of building experience.

As president of Benco Ventures, Ben Christensen, supported by his father, and brothers, acts as the driving force behind Benco Ventures.

The Christensen Family has gained extensive experience in all forms of construction, across three continents. After building extensively throughout Alberta and British Columbia, they have made the spectacular Comox Valley their home.

In the recent years within the Comox Valley, Benco Ventures has focused its efforts in the Crown Isle Golf Resort and Community. With some 170 homes built and sold there Benco is constantly improving their quality and design while remaining competitively priced.

With extensive background building condos and patio homes, as well as single family dwellings outside of Crown Isle, Benco is constantly looking for opportunities in those areas.

Benco Ventures has worked long and hard to establish itself as one of the leading residential home builders in the Comox Valley. Supported by 20 full time employees and a host of sub trades (many of whom have been working successfully with Benco for many years) the company is looking forward to continued success in Crown Isle and throughout "the valley".
