Phase IV Birkshire Boulevard Extension

We now have 24 new lots serviced and ready to build your new Benco home. Many of the new lots on Birkshire Extension are similar in size to those in Birkshire Phase IV (approximately 6000 squ. ft.). Eight lots will be larger (up to 10,000 squ. ft.) on cul-de-sac's.
