Our current homes range in size from 1650 to 2500 square feet. Many of our current models feature Craftsman style architecture, our floor plans are open in design, many offer "the great room concept".

We build 2 storey family homes, one & one half storey homes with master bedroom on the main floor, and rancher/bungalows for those who prefer no stairs. Many of our sold homes have been custom designed by the Benco team to meet the specific needs and ideas of our valued customers.
