I don’t know that my situation was unique for your company but it certainly was for me in that I was living in Bermuda during the during the planning and construction phases. From the day that I purchased the lot you worked closely with me to ensure that my home would be completed to my satisfaction. I know this presented many challenges but you were able to address all my concerns through the use of e-mails, the occasional phone call and discussions during a couple of short visits I made to Courtenay.

I would especially like to thank you and your office for taking extra steps to make the process even easier by arranging for the purchase and installation of the major appliances even though this was not part of your normal package. I am also very appreciative of your efforts to find a family to occupy my home during the period that it would otherwise have been vacant between the completion of construction and my arrival from Bermuda.
