Benco was able to acquire 6 lots on Suffolk Drive as a stop gap measure while we waited for Birkshire Blvd. (our next phase) to come on line. At Benco we feel that we made "a statement" with our home designs on Suffolk Drive. Many people come into our show home and ask if we were the builders of a specific Suffolk home, hoping that we can create something similar on Birkshire.
