Ben Christensen	President & CEO Ben believes in the "hands on approach" to his business and can be seen daily on the job site, often with hammer in hand. Ben is supported by his father and brothers and is the driving force that has allowed Benco to become the leading New Home Builder in Crown Isle with close to 100 homes built and sold.
Rick Thorpe	Sales & Marketing Rick has extensive experience in New Home Sales and Marketing, having spent the previous 30 Years in Real Estate on the Lower Mainland. Rick and his wife Sonia moved to Crown Isle in Courtenay in the spring of 2005, Rick joined Benco in 2006.
Jody Christensen	Customer Service Representative Jody joined the Benco team in 2003. She plays a vital role in the building process ensuring your new home is clean and ready to occupy. She helps Ben coordinate sub trades, and is responsible for Customer Relations. Her primary focus is to ensure a seamless transition from one phase of the building process to the next.
Adam Larsen	Warrenty Technician Adam has worked for Benco since 2000. He is familiar with all facets of new home construction and is "on call for emergencies" arising in the building process. Adam works closely with Jody and is responsible for repairs, if required, at the end of your first year of occupancy.
April McLean	Office Manager/Administration April found herself back in the Comox Valley in 2003 after living in Toronto for 16 years. She joined Benco in May 2005. April enjoys running the office which allows her to get to know each homeowner on an individual basis. She is happy to answer any questions you have during the building process.
